This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with existing care experience, who already has, or is confident taking on, CQC registration and ready to grow a high-quality domiciliary care service from a solid base. You will have the autonomy to develop and grow the branch and lead a dedicated and experienced team with full support from a professional, values-led head office team.To find out more about us, visit www.heritagehealthcare.co.uk The Role What Youll Be Doing: Take on CQC Registered Manager responsibilities Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with regulations and best practice Lead and grow your care team from recruitment through to development Manage day-to-day care operations and ensure continuity of service Drive new care packages and build local relationships to grow the business What Youll Need: A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care Willingness to work towards a Level 5 NVQ Leadership qualification (fully supported) Some experience in a care coordination or senior care role (management experience preferred) Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Availability to work weekends to support On-Call Service What We Offer: Salary starting from 33,600 , dependent on experience Performance bonus 28 days holiday Paid mileage allowance Full support with training and development Genuine opportunity to grow and develop a strong business model This is your chance to lead, grow, and make a real difference.
