Reporting to: Customer Support ManagerThis individual will be providing support to the Sales & Service Teams.They will be required to generate, in a timely fashion, all supporting documentation (i.e. shipping documents, packing lists, Invoices), process and co-ordinate the despatch of goods and incoming returns at our Banbury site.The individual must have an eye for detail with a desire to improve processes and efficiency._Direct Reports: 0_Liasing with the Internal Sales, Parts, and Service teams to deliver parts and equipment Direct to UK customer Sites.- Producing Packing Lists and Delivery notes.- Liasing with forwarders to make timely collections/deliveries at the best value.As UK Deliveries +:- Document creation Certificate of Origin, EUR 1, Ata Carnet, LOC Working with the chamber of commerce.- Commercial Invoice generation.- Working with forwarding agents to ensure they have all info for customs clearance.- Arranging FCA Collections.- Producing Proof of Export documentation.- Processing of customer orders- Tracking orders as they move through the process and monitoring what is due for shipping.- Progressing/tracking overdue orders and updating Parts/Sales/Customers- Moving to Delivery.- Passing to finance for invoice creation.- General day to day admin duties forOperations and Sales.Up to date and accurate customer information on database.- Liaise with internal departments/external customers to arrange the relevant documentation for items to be returned/Inspected.- Arrange collections where needed.- Work with Goods In out to ensure items are expected and dealt with when returned.Accurate records of all Fortress Stock supplied to customers for: Demonstration EvaluationHire purposes. Excellent communication skills. Specific Skills Microsoft Word, Excel. Outlook Email or similar system. Use of a CRM system. Experienced with generating and processing Export Documentation. Use of Sage, SAP or similar accounts package desirable but not essential. Working Hours & Benefits Working Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 4.45pm. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
