To be successful as a Relief Support Worker you will have: Previous experience of caring for older people An understanding of, or willingness to learn, the support needs of those living with dementia A caring, compassionate and person centred approach Excellent communication skills An understanding of the importance of being reliable, hardworking and honestThe role is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.Job Types: Part-time, PermanentPay: 12.21 per hourExperience: Care: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In person
