Job Title: Industrial Spray Painter (Metal & Plastic) Location: Clitheroe Pay Rate: 14.96/hour (increases to 17.65/hour after training with shift allowance) Shift Pattern: Training Shift: 6:00am 2:00pm Post-Training Shift: 2:00pm 10:00pm About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Spray Painter to join our team in Clitheroe . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spraying both metal and plastic components to a high standard, working within a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with excellent progression and enhanced pay once training is completed. Key Responsibilities: Spray painting of industrial metal and plastic parts to specification Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required Ensuring paint application meets quality and safety standards Maintaining spray equipment and workspace cleanliness Following job sheets, instructions, and health 'safety procedures Requirements: Proven experience in industrial spray painting (metal & plastic) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and quality Willingness to work shifts after training Reliable and punctual Pay & Hours: Training Period: 14.96/hour (6:00am 2:00pm) Post-Training Shift: 2:00pm 10:00pm at 17.65/hour (includes 18% shift allowance) How to Apply: If you meet the above criteria and are looking to join a well-established company with stable hours and progression potential, apply now with your CV .
