If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!The Opportunity: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative & Content Creator to drive sales from our Birmingham showroom. In this exciting dual role, you will not only guide customers through our breathtaking product collections but also be instrumental in enhancing our online presence.Deliver exceptional sales support in our showroom, showcasing a keen interest in luxury interiors. Greet and engage customers with professionalism, aiming to secure sales and build lasting relationships. Efficiently handle customer inquiries with knowledge and courtesy. Process orders, prepare quotes, and manage sales administration, including stock entry and invoicing. Maintain showroom standards by ensuring displays are pristine and samples are well-managed. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance commercial awareness.What We're Looking For:Some experience in showroom sales, particularly in the natural stone or luxury interiors industry, is a plus; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key! Interest and experience in creating social media posts and graphic content for aesthetically-focused brands. A good understanding of natural stone products, finishes, and applications, or a strong desire to learn quickly. Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, designers, and contractors. Aptitude for negotiation and closing sales effectively. Highly organised and reliable with good time management skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software, or a quick learner of new systems. Flexibility to work some weekends or extended hours as required.Job Details:Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From £20,000 to £40,000 OTE Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability and occasional overtime.
