Now part of the Mitie Group, we're continuing to expand our offering and influence in the built environment.About The RoleWe're looking for an experiencedLiving Wall Installation Supervisorto lead the delivery of our green wall systems on sites across the UK. You'll be responsible for managing a small team, ensuring safe working practices, and delivering high-quality installations that meet client expectations.While experience working specifically with living walls is desirable, we also welcome applications from candidates with cladding or similar construction backgrounds.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a small team installing living wall systems, including BioPanel and PlantBox Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety Follow and enforce risk assessments and method statements Liaise effectively with site contractors and report progress to project managers Deliver projects on time, on budget, and in line with KPIs Maintain accurate records and support project handoversEssentialWhat We're Looking ForConstruction site experience Comfortable working at height and on active building sites Full UK driving licence Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel, with occasional overnight stays and early startsDesirable (training Can Be Provided)Previous experience with living walls or cladding systems SSSTS, IPAF and PASMA certifications Knowledge of horticulture and irrigation systemsWhat We OfferVaried and interesting work in a growing, specialist field Clear career progression opportunities Company van and uniform 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme Access to a wide range of Mitie employee benefitsBe part of a team that's building a greener future, one wall at a time.Apply now to join Biotecture.Our market-leading offering provides you with benefits that suit your lifestyle.We have a virtual GP on hand for you and members of your household.
