We specialise in creating bespoke signage solutions, from concept through to design, manufacture, and installation, serving a diverse range of clients across the nation.Job Title: CNC Router & Fibre Laser Operator*About the Role:*IVC Signs is seeking an experienced and driven CNC Operator to join our growing production team. This opportunity arises due to significant investment and expansion within the company. You will play a key role in helping develop and manufacture high-quality signage using advanced CNC machinery.*Key Responsibilities:*Operate, set up, and program a 3-axis flatbed CNC router and fibre laser, laser and waterjet machines* Work with a wide range of materials: aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel, acrylic, foam PVC, polycarbonate, and aluminium composite* Use software for CNC router V Carve and SignLAB for CNC waterjet* Operate additional machines including:* Fibre laser software CYP Cut* CNC Laser Cutter (mainly for acrylics) Software Smart Carve 5* Read and interpret production drawings to create accurate components* Prepare and select appropriate materials for each job* Ensure accurate fit and high-quality finish of all components* Maintain, clean, and perform basic maintenance on all equipment* Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment* Collaborate with the broader production team across various sign-making processes*Requirements:*Proven experience operating CNC routers and fibre laser machines* Competence in using V Carve, Smart Carve 5, CYP Cut and SignLAB* Strong ability to interpret technical and production drawings* Good numerical and problem-solving skills* Practical, self-motivated, and detail-oriented* Ability to work independently and within a team* A strong commitment to Health & Safety standards*What We’re Looking For:*A proactive individual who is passionate about quality and innovation in signage production.
