Floorspan Contracts is a specialist designer, manufacturer and installer of industrial pre-cast concrete flooring components for the Construction industry.Check below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.Due to ongoing expansion, we require *Production Operatives* to join our team in Wisbech.*Responsibilities and Duties*The role, based at our busy concrete production factory will be to produce good quality concrete beams and planks which are ready to be installed.*The role involves working outdoors all year round and demands a high level of physical activity.** Working as a team to produce good quality concrete beams and planks.* To lift and carry components used in producing concrete beams and planks.* To carry out quality checks on all beams produced including measuring the beams and planks lengths.* To help other teams in the production yard, depending on workload.* Daily cleaning of the work area to ensure it is ready for the following days casting.*Key Skills** Previous experience as a construction labourer would be a distinct advantage* Patient and friendly manner* Able to work with a number of different nationalities* Able to understand and follow instruction.* Able to work as a Team* Physically fit and able* A Can do attitude* A Forklift Truck Licence would be a distinct advantage*Job Details** Working Hours: 41.25 or 46.25 hrs per week* Contract Type: Permanent.Benefits:* The salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.* 30 days holiday per year including Bank Holidays - Rising with length of service.* Chronic Illness Cover.* Inclusion into the company’s pension scheme.* Wellness support including EAP.* Full In-house Training Provided.* Free Onsite parking.* Social Events.Job Type: Full-timePay: From £13.32 per hourSchedule:* Monday to Friday* OvertimeApplication question(s):* Do you have previous Construction Experience?* Do you have Experience with Florklift Trucks?Work authorisation:* United Kingdom (required)Work Location: In person
