Applicants must have previous experience in an office customer service environment within the asbestos management industry. Must be able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner, good literacy skills, the ability to organise and multi-task and enjoy working under pressure to meet strict deadlines. Experience in working with insurance contracts, the use of a recognised CRM system and the ability to work as part of a team, is essential.
