The company values are based on family and children. We have 4small residential childrens homes situated in Staffordshire.Our Deputy Managers are integral to the smooth running of our homes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with your Manager providing cover in their absence. As part of the management team you will be responsible for supporting and mentoring your colleagues.
