In this role, your time will be split between the office, working from home, and visiting sites across Scotland and from Newcastle upwards. You will work alongside and support a team of senior engineers, taking on projects assigned by your team lead. Responsibilities will include conducting technical audits of subcontractor tenders, visiting sites to monitor project progress and provide advice when needed, and liaising with in-house Project Managers to manage client expectations both before and after projects. You will also be responsible for producing technical reports, which will include structural calculations, among other duties. The ideal candidate will be a junior to intermediate engineer who is eager to work alongside senior engineers, gaining valuable experience through collaborative working and excellent development opportunities.
