Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will deliver professional HR advice, manage complex employee relations cases, and help create a positive, thriving workplace.The RoleAs HR Advisor, you’ll act as the go-to point of contact for managers and employees, providing legally compliant, pragmatic HR guidance across multiple sites. You’ll manage your own HR casework from start to resolution, covering disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters, while supporting organisational change, recruitment, and onboarding.
