Take a lead role in the regulatory department of a global consumer products businessApply your chemical regulatory knowledge and expertise to respond to regulatory developmentsEnsure ongoing compliance of the diverse and global product portfolioBecome regulatory subject matter expert for the business Support (not manage) more junior regulatory colleaguesA key aspect of this role will be finding and interpreting relevant regulatory changes then conducting impact assessments and advising the business how to respond. You will work across all departments (NPD, procurement, manufacturing, commercial etc) proving pragmatic regulatory guidance and project manging change implementation. You will also support specific business units with day-to-day regulatory work including regulatory document management, product notifications, SDS authoring, label authoring, transport regs. CLP and REACH are the key UK/EU regulations; you will also work with US regulations and a variety of other product related regulations including cosmetics and toys directives. As subject matter expert, you will provide support, training and mentoring to more junior colleagues. We would like to hear from chemical regulatory officers or specialists looking to use their knowledge in a lead and global role. You must have:Existing chemical regulatory knowledge (CLP, REACH etc)SDS authoring experienceFamiliarity with analysis of regulatory changes.
