We are currently recruiting for an award-winning Property Management company for the role of Duty Manager.You will be working in a high-profile residential development in North London — and we are on the lookout for a hands-on, proactive Duty Manager to lead a tight-knit concierge team. If you’ve got a strong customer ethos, a background in residential or block management, and a good grip on PPMs, this could be a great next step.Role Overview:Location: London N5Package: Competitive salary depending on experienceIndustry: Property ManagementWorking days: Monday to Friday, on- site 5 days a week, 09:00 - 17:30.What You’ll Be Doing:Overseeing day-to-day operations across the developmentLeading and managing a team of six concierges working a mix of shiftsActing as first point of contact for residents, resolving queries and building strong face-to-face relationshipsManaging M&E routines and ensuring PPMs are logged, tracked and followed throughCoordinating contractors on site and ensuring work meets safety and service standardsChampioning Health & Safety across the development, including inspections and incident reportingSupporting mobilisation tasks and assisting with resident amenities where neededMain Skills Needed:Background in leasehold, block management or hospitality is essentialStrong understanding of planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Experience leading front-of-house or concierge teamsConfident communicator and problem-solverPersonable, proactive, and genuinely customer-focusedWhat’s in It for You:Monday to Friday hours — no weekend shiftsSupportive culture with long-term career progression (Resident Manager > Assistant Development Manager)Clear salary reviews and annual increases based on performanceOn-site role with great community engagementCall to Action:Let’s talk about what your next move could look like.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
