Security Project Manager – 6-Month Contract£600–700/day (Inside IR35)Hybrid – 1–2 days/week onsite | London or SouthamptonStart ASAP OverviewWe’re working with an agile, data-driven organisation made up of four distinct business units, all currently undergoing significant transformation. They’re looking for a Security Project Manager who can lead cross-functional teams, coordinate a wide range of initiatives, and ensure delivery within a complex and fast-moving environment.This is a 6-month contract that will see you take ownership of planning, leading, and delivering high-impact work - particularly focused on CI/CD implementation, Agile delivery, and stakeholder governance.You don’t need deep security expertise, but you should be confident managing Agile teams within a technical, DevOps-heavy environment.The RoleDrive delivery across squads focused on security and data servicesOperate as both Scrum Master and Project Manager – working with SREs, engineers, and developersImplement and govern Agile frameworks, ensuring best practice across squadsEnsure coordination across multiple workstreams, managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholdersHelp standardise ways of working, leaving behind clear CI/CD pipelines and proceduresWork closely with senior stakeholders – strong communication and soft skills are essentialJoin a large, well-resourced programme with a strong delivery team behind youWhat They’re Looking ForProven experience managing Agile/Scrum teams in technical environmentsStrong coordination and leadership skills across multiple teams and stakeholdersAbility to hit the ground running and operate autonomouslyExperience in CI/CD implementation and improving delivery frameworksComfortable content-switching and adapting to multiple business unitsFamiliarity with DevOps, security programmes, or data services is a bonusA pragmatic, people-first mindset – culture fit is keyAdditional DetailsLarge transformation programme – 10+ additional hires incomingMostly remote, with 1–2 days in the office depending on location/team needs
