Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable, as you will play a crucial role in upholding our standards of excellence.*Duties** Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.* Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.* Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine appearance throughout the property.* Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and common areas.* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.* Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.* Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring that all items are cleaned and returned efficiently.* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns with professionalism.*Qualifications** Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred.* Janitorial experience is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided.* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.* A friendly and approachable demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding service.*Job Type: Full-timePay: From £22,222.20 per yearBenefits:* Company pension* Discounted or free food* On-site parkingWork Location: In person
