Our team are experienced and highly qualified, making them the best people to look after our residents as well as to work with.Key Responsibilities:- Carry out all cleaning duties to the required company standards. Cleaning duties can be in any area of the Care Home.- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting floors, upholstery and any other dusty surfaces.- Ensuring deep cleaning schedules are adhered to.- Maintain a high standard of personal protection and hygiene.- Ensure the correct use of PPE.- Ensuring that all the cleaning equipment is correctly used and kept in a safe condition.- Adhere to infection control policies and keep up to date with training.- To be sensitive to the privacy and individual needs of the residents.- Be compliant with COSH regulations.- Keep on top of washing and drying of the residents clothes, bed sheets etc.- Fold and put away clean laundry.Previous experience is preferred but not required.
