We provide professional housekeeping services across the UK and are proud to work with leading names in the holiday park and accommodation industry.We are currently seeking a *Housekeeping Supervisor* to join our team at a prestigious holiday park in *Shrewsbury*, supporting both lodge and accommodation operations. This role acts as a *key second-in-command *to the Housekeeping Manager.*About the Role*As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for supervising the cleaning team, maintaining high standards, supporting the Housekeeping Manager, and overseeing changeover days when they are off duty.*Key Responsibilities** Supervise the housekeeping team across the park* Allocate cleaning schedules and ensure lodges are ready by 3pm check-in.* Prepare and distribute cleaning materials to the team* Conduct quality checks on accommodation* Support, motivate and train cleaners as needed* Step in to cover cleaning duties when required* Maintain regular communication with head office and on-site staff* Monitor inventories and report shortages to the Housekeeping Manager* Use the reporting system accurately and consistently*What We're Looking For** Experience in housekeeping supervision or checking roles* Excellent attention to detail* Strong communication and leadership skills* Flexibility to work across key days (Mon, Fri, Sat) and adapt to business needs* Ability to oversee changeovers in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager* Own transport is essential due to the park’s location*What We Offer** Paid holidays* Uniform provided* Ongoing training and support* A long-term opportunity with a growing national company*Job Type** Part-time, Permanent* 18+ hours per weekJob Type: Part-timePay: £12.75 per hourBenefits:* Free parking* On-site parkingSchedule:* Day shift* Weekend availabilityExperience:* cleaning: 1 year (preferred)* supervising: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:* Driving Licence (preferred)Work Location: In person
