With a strong commitment to *integrity, intensity, innovation, involvement, and impact*, we continually redefine what’s possible—driven by collaboration with our employees, customers, and suppliers.As one of the UK’s largest flexible packaging manufacturers, *ProAmpac Lincoln* is looking to recruit an experienced and motivated *Flexographic Printer* to join our high-performing production team.*Why Work With Us?** Be part of a *global industry leader* that values your skills and development.* Thrive in a *modern manufacturing environment* that champions innovation and teamwork.* Enjoy a *4-day working week* with continental shift patterns:* 2 day shifts (7:00am – 7:00pm)* 2 night shifts (7:00pm – 7:00am)* Followed by 4 days off*Key Responsibilities*As a skilled *Flexographic Printer*, you will be responsible for:* Setting up and operating 8-colour flexographic printing presses* Monitoring print quality and ensuring consistent output* Adjusting press settings to maximise efficiency and minimise waste* Identifying and resolving print faults quickly and effectively* Managing ink levels and recording accurate production data* Reporting defects using the print management system* Supporting continuous improvement and training within the team* Following all site procedures and maintaining high standards of housekeeping_Experience operating __*Windmöller & Hölscher*_ _and/or __*Comexi*_ _presses is desirable, but not essential._*Salary & Benefits** *Annual salary*: up to £41,736.24 (depending on experience) plus overtime.* *Overtime available* at time and a half* *Joining incentive* for qualified printers.* *Additional benefits* include:Joining incentive of up to £3000.
