The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, food service, bar with experience in managing events within hotel or event settings. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest services. As an Event Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets the expectations of our clients. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring all details are attended to. Overseeing food service and dieters Managing Front of House Team Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event. Ensure all aspects of the event are within financial parameters. Oversee the logistics of events including catering arrangements, audiovisual needs, and decor. Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless service during events. Communicate with chef and back of House Placing orders Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and vendors. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail to manage multiple events simultaneously. Proven time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hospitality and events delivery is must have Strong food and beverage experience including table service A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
