Experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Woodbridge, Suffolk (covering the whole of Suffolk) Working Hours: 7:30am 4:30pm Monday Friday, with potential overtime and call-outsavailable (paid at enhanced hourly rates) Salary: 20 - 25 per hour depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: Performance bonuses Company van Company pension scheme Training and qualifications funded Social activities About Us Chapel Properties of Woodbridge specialises in high-quality new builds, property renovation, residential refurbishments and extensions in East Suffolk. Role Responsibilities: Install, maintain and repair gas, oil and heat pump heating systems First and second fix plumbing installations Underfloor heating installation and maintenance Bathroom installations Hot water cylinders and associated systems General plumbing repairs and installations Ensure work complies with relevant safety standards Requirements: Proven experience within the plumbing and heating industry Gas Safe, OFTEC or heat pump qualification is an advantage but not required (these can be provided to the right candidate) Self-motivated and able to manage your own time to meet deadlines Full, clean UK driving licence Willingness to undertake call-out work when required Drive to progress through an expanding company TPBN1_UKTJ
