In this pivotal role, youll be responsible for cascading the engineering strategy, managing capital projects, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across our engineering function. Youll lead a team of skilled engineers and apprentices, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and collaboration. Lead site services and bakery maintenance operations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum compliance. Develop and manage strategic engineering plans aligned with Manufacturing Excellence. Oversee capital projects, budgets, and contractor management. Champion food safety, health 'safety, and environmental standards. Coach and mentor your team, driving performance and development. Deputise for the Engineering Manager when required, supporting operational continuity. The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
