TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Plumber to work in the Newmarket area working in ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management solution company. Salary: 37,000 (Overtime after 40 hours is at time and a half) Hours : The role will be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8-4 or 9-5, with lots of overtime available. Must work weekends on a shift rota (roughly 1 in 4 but will vary). We are looking for a Plumber to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis: Key responsibilities: Install, maintain and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation and waste disposal systems and central heating systems. Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage. Testing of closed loop heating circuits for correct levels. Assist other staff members as required. Maintain inventory for plumbing materials. Liaise regularly with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to the client at all times. Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence. Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, particularly regarding health and safety. Seasonal shift & on call rota.
