Fabrication Manager Hands on management position that would suit someone from a fabrication background. Salary c50,000 to 55,000 as a guide. Day shift position within a growing engineering business with a strong order book. We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Manager to lead a small team across several areas of production. The business operate within the sheet metal / heavy engineering sector so any prior knowledge of manufacturing processes within this industry would be ideal. Salary: 50,000 to 55,000 per annum. This Fabrication Manager job will suit: Experience working within the sheet metal fabrication sector. Proven Man Management / Supervisory experience, alongside a track record of improving processes. Organised and a natural problem solver. Someone who wants to own the department and strive to continually improve all aspects.
