Opportunities to buy and sell annual leaveKey ResponsibilitiesAs part of a large team of Work Planners, you’ll work in a pod of three to schedule and plan work for your group of trade operatives Make best use of resources to maximise productivity and performance Contribute to reviewing and developing procedures that will enhance our customers’ experience Liaise with a variety of teams across Thirteen to ensure our service runs smoothly Complete a range of administrative and data input duties to ensure that information is up to date for monitoring and reportingAbout YouGreat customer service and a positive attitude! Confident using a variety of IT systems. Ability to multitask and adapt priorities throughout your day. Proven ability to analyse and solve problems.
