Job Responsibilities:Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues Generate financial reports detailing accounts payable status Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with month-end closing and year-end audit processes Qualifications:Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity for professional development and growth Friendly and supportive work environment Potential for permanent employment based on performance If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and accounting, we would love to hear from you.
