If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in delivering high standards, and have experience with grounds maintenance equipment-this could be the perfect role for you!What You'll Be DoingAs part of a dedicated team, you'll follow estate-specific plans to ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard. Tasks include:✠Grass cutting and collection ✠Hedge and bush reduction/shaping ✠Strimming and weed control ✠Shrub maintenance, pruning, and planting ✠Litter picking and green waste disposal ✠Maintenance of hard standing areas️ What We're Looking ForExperience in grounds maintenance and use of petrol machinery Skilled in operating ride-on mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers, blowers, etc. Team player with good communication skills Able to maintain work records and report issues Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence Basic Health & Safety knowledge (including chemical/equipment use) Full UK driving licence
