Base pay rangeDirect message the job poster from Candour Solutions Technology Specialist Recruitment Consultant - Software Development TeamRole: Technical Consultant – Cloud Security I'm currently working with a client who is looking to add aTechnical Consultant specialising in Microsoft Cloud Securityto their team. This role involves working across departments to deliver innovative, secure cloud solutions while ensuring a high standard of customer service and technical delivery.This role is focused on supporting organisations in modernising their workplaces through the use of cutting-edge technologies such ascloud and hybrid infrastructure, AI, cyber security, collaboration, and productivity solutions . Key Responsibilities Deliver technical outcomes for customer projects, with a strong focus on Microsoft Purview and related Microsoft compliance tools. Lead the implementation of cloud security solutions for a variety of customers. Support scoping and design workshops, identifying challenges and proposing practical, scalable solutions. Produce clear and professional technical documentation, including pre- and post-delivery materials such as Statements of Work (SoWs). Collaborate closely with project management teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, providing expert guidance throughout project lifecycles. Key Skills and Attributes Strong working knowledge of Microsoft cloud security tools (e.g. Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview). Excellent technical writing and documentation skills. Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. High level of attention to detail.
