The RoleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll act as a trusted advisor on client projects, providing strategic commercial advice and managing contract matters. You will work on-site and in the office, collaborating with delivery teams, contractors, and subcontractors to meet project goals. Regular site visits are essential for active engagement, problem-solving, and relationship building. You will identify creative solutions, drive process improvements, and work hands-on with stakeholders to ensure project success. This role offers a balance of office work and on-site involvement, placing you at the heart of project delivery. About YouDegree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Engineering (HNC/HND considered). Full UK driving license and access to a car for business travel. Client-focused, commercially astute, and skilled in fostering collaboration and accountability. Professional membership (or working towards) with RICS, CIPS, or ICE preferred. Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts and strategies, or similar forms. Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Willingness to work collaboratively on-site with project teams.
