Use data to drive service improvement and build a robust portfolio of evidence for inspections and performance reviews.Compliance & Governance:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure the practice is inspection-ready. Lead internal audits and ensure alignment with CQC, NHS England, and local ICB standards.Performance & Data Monitoring:Regularly review practice KPIs using tools such as SystmOne, QOF, CQRS, and PCN DES dashboards. Produce reports that highlight trends and areas for improvement.Policies & Documentation:Maintain and update the practices internal policy framework. Ensure key documentation is version-controlled and accessible.Team Support & Training:Act as a source of guidance on compliance and QI methodology for clinicians, administrators, and managers.
