Bleecker Burger is hiring talented General Managers for various locations across London! The role: Our General Managers are Bleecker leaders. They empower their teams, support their development, and ensure their success. Their responsibilities include managing daily operations, driving sales and food quality, creating weekly schedules, onboarding and training new hires, safeguarding team welfare, managing stock, and ensuring compliance with company standards. They are essential to the smooth running of each site and are a key position within the company. The benefits: Up to £8,000 yearly bonus allowance, paid quarterly, based on site performance.
