And we're only just getting started.Purpose of the roleAs Head of Underwriting, you'll lead the execution of our underwriting strategy and oversee the performance and development of our underwriting function. You'll be a key member of the management team and play a central role in shaping the future of Zego's insurance products and governance.What you'll be doingDefine and execute the underwriting strategy, risk appetite, governance, and referral processesManage underwriting performance in collaboration with the Head of Actuarial and Portfolio Management LeadLead product simplification efforts and ensure product value and clarity for customersOversee underwriting audits, referrals from the group MGA, and internal governanceBe an active member of committees including Pricing & Underwriting, Claims, and RiskCollaborate closely with reinsurers and other strategic partnersWhat you will need to be successful10+ years of UK personal lines motor underwriting experienceProven ability to design customer-centric, clear, and fair insurance productsStrong analytical mindset and commercial acumenExcellent communication and leadership skillsA willingness to relocate and be part of a growing, innovative business in GibraltarWhat's it like to work at Zego?Joining Zego is a career-defining move.
