Candidates will be responsible for owning and optimising all paid digital advertising activity. Main duties will include ? Building, Managing and Optimising paid search, display and social campaigns. ? Conducting keyword research, audience targeting and competitor benchmarking ? Writing, testing and iterating ad copy and creative assets ? Managing monthly PPC budgets, ensuring efferent speed and pacing ? Adjusting bids and budgets in real time ? Report variances and justify spend against forecasted targets. ? Monitor daily/weekly performance against KPIs ? Maintain campaign performance dashboards for internal visibility. ? Test new targeting options, ad formats, and bidding strategies. ? Collaborate with SEO, content, and design for optimised landing pages. Candidate Attributes ? Proven PPC platform experience (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn). ? Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills. ? Understanding of tracking, attribution, and tag management. ? Ability to interpret data into clear actions. ? Copywriting skills for ad creation.
