Jora Clinic is modelled to provide citizen-centric health and wellness programs.Role DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse, Midwife or Allied Healthcare Professional interested in digital health and would like to consider this as the next step in their career path.Working alongside a Senior Clinical Consultant, you will be involved in all phases of Jora Health projects and will develop skills related to the development, configuration, and implementation of healthcare-related technology projects within Jora Health or its clients. You should have a genuine interest in digital technology and innovation and how this can act as a key enabler to drive efficiency and quality in a complex healthcare system. Ideally a background in an acute hospital setting would be advantageous but not essential. An agile working model is essential for this role, you will work from home or on site visiting and supporting clients as needed. ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior Clinical consultant, you'll need to:Support the Senior Clinical Consultant in understanding a client’s requirements and defining the scope of a project.Provide clinical advisory in line with evidence-based practice.Clarify a client's system specifications, understand their work practices and the nature of their business.Travel to customer sites to provide floor walker support, demonstrations/education and clinical advice regarding the digital solution.Liaise with staff at all levels of a client organisation.Support the Senior Clinical Consultant with analysis of clinical requirements for successful roll-out of digital technology within clients and give independent and objective advice on the use of technology to enable successful digital transformation and meet project objectives. Be involved in designing, developing and delivering potential agreed solutions and new systems.Present solutions in written or oral reports with support from the Senior Consultant as needed.Help clients with change-management activities.Support on-site testing for new or current clients, working closely with the service and delivery team.Prepare documentation and present progress reports to customers.Organise and facilitate training or demonstrations for prospective and current clients.Provide support to Jora Health or its clients and be maybe required to participate in an on-call support rota. Working hoursAlthough you will generally work 9 am to 5 pm from home, the nature of the industry means that extra hours are often required to meet deadlines. You will be expected to travel to client sites and mirror the client's working hours. What to expectAn agile approach to work where you would be working from home or visiting client sites as required, sometimes at short notice.The work may be stressful (on occasions) and fast-paced, particularly when client deadlines need to be met.Travel within the working day to clients' sites is often needed, and overnight absence from home is frequently required. Depending on the employer and client, overseas travel may occasionally be necessary. The company pays for the usual travel and accommodation expenses.You will be provided additional training for specific client-based projects.A warm and friendly team that is passionate about delivering solutions to improve safety, efficiency, and quality.Person Specification Nurse, Midwife or Allied Health care professional with current registration and at least three years’ experience in a secondary care setting.Keen interest in Digital health and willingness to understand wider aspects of health informatics.Ability to work to deadlines and manage time independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in delivering training or education would be desirable but is not essential.Experience in managing deteriorating patients would be desirable but is not essential.
