(inside IR35). In this high-impact role, you’ll take full ownership of UK & EU compliance for a 5,000+ vehicle fleet operating across multiple sites. You’ll drive safety, legal compliance, and operational excellence — setting the gold standard in transport operations.The Role:Design a transport Compliance function, Execute through to Implementation Lead all transport compliance nationwide.Oversee audits, inspections, maintenance & driver regs.Manage incidents, insurance, legal liaison, and SLAs.Enhance training programmes & embed a safety-first culture.The ideal candidate will have experience of setting up and running a transport compliance function from design, delivery and implementation. From legal, compliance, audit and insurances. Expert knowledge of UK transport law & DVSA/DfT regs.Senior-level experience managing large multi-site fleets.CPC qualification (desirable) 'strong stakeholder skills.Contract Details:
