We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Director of Teaching and Learning- Secondary. Working closely with the Regional Heads of Departments (RhoDs), Campus Principals and other senior leaders, you will be accountable for what is taught and how it's taught across the Secondary phase in OneSchool Global UK. This strategic leadership role drives the quality, consistency and rigour of the secondary curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment in line with the school's vision, values and Learning to Learn framework. About You Qualified Teacher Status with a proven record of high-impact teaching Senior leadership experience in secondary education, with a track record in improving outcomes Expertise in curriculum and assessment strategy Experience leading change, managing teams and using data to drive improvement Ability to travel across the region, including overnight stays Willingness to attend out of hours meetings Resilient, results-driven and self-motivated Higher qualification in educational leadership Experience leading teaching and learning across multiple sites We offer: A competitive salary, staff laptop, free breakfast and lunches at the Regional Support Office and on-site free parking Annual leave plus statutory bank holidays Teacher Pension scheme and Staff Referral scheme Supportive staff, and an involved community who are committed to improvement, who will work with you to achieve your goals Excellent premises and well-equipped office space providing a modern and technologically advanced environment Dedicated and talented specialist employee who work together to continually build upon our high standards Key responsibilities: Champion the ethos, values and guiding principles of OneSchool Global in all aspects of secondary provision Implement and embed the Learning to Learn Framework in all teaching and learning Direct and support RhoDs to ensure curriculum quality, alignment with strategic goals, and compliance with policy Drive high quality assignment design across all subjects, ensuring alignment to the OSG Assignment template and QA Rubric Lead the development of an innovative and personalised secondary curriculum that meets all regulatory requirements Promote effective differentiation and personalisation to meet all student's needs Lead all aspects of assessment, examinations and feedback, ensuring compliance with policies and awarding body requirements Analyse academic data to identify trends, plan interventions and ensure students achieve their full potential Lead the induction programme for new secondary staff, ensuring full implementation of the Global Teacher Academy programme Direct the Regional Digital Learning Lead to optimise the use of digital platforms and tools Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting the secondary curriculum and OSG's educational vision Collaborate with the Senior Principal Team and RDE to set and achieve ambitious academic goals Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, equality, diversity and inclusion requirements The OneSchool Global Culture is based on strong values, and we have a supportive and dynamic team of educators and professional staff across the globe.
