Lead the drama and dance department and its staff with vision and enthusiasm, fostering creativity and staff and student engagement. Direct and produce theannual senior production, a key highlight of the College’s performing arts calendar. Contribute to the ongoing development of curriculum and pedagogy. Engage actively in professional development and leadership opportunities supported by the College.
