The successful candidate will: Demonstrate excellence in teaching and learning, with a commitment to reflective and innovative practice. Lead the drama and dance department and its staff with vision and enthusiasm, fostering creativity and staff and student engagement. Direct and produce theannual senior production, a key highlight of the College’s performing arts calendar. Contribute to the ongoing development of curriculum and pedagogy. Engage actively in professional development and leadership opportunities supported by the College.
