About Us:If you want to know about the requirements for this role, read on for all the relevant information.We are a fast-growing international nutrition ingredients company seeking an Office and Logistics Manager to join our team.This on-site role will be based in our office and is essential to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business as we continue to grow globally.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee and maintain the office environment (note: most of our team works remotely)* Manage logistics operations including inventory, shipping, and coordination with suppliers and warehouses* Provide operational support such as order processing, basic customer service, and administrative tasksWe’re Looking For Someone Who:* Is passionate about the nutrition and food industry* Enjoys working in an international trade environment* Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting* Is detail-oriented, organized, and a great team playerIf you’re looking to join a collaborative, globally-minded team and make a tangible impact in a growing company, we’d love to hear from you!Skills & Experience Required* Solid experience in office management and administrative support, including facility coordination, supplies management, and general office upkeep* Proficiency in calendar management, meeting and travel coordination, and maintaining internal documentation* Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple administrative and operational tasks efficiently* Proven experience in logistics and international trading, with a strong focus on customer service* Knowledge of import/export regulations and industry best practices* Experience in rate negotiation, preparing quotations, and logistics coordination with suppliers and warehouses* Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel, document management, and reporting tools* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, small team environmentPreferred Qualifications* Familiarity with Xero (preferred, not essential)* Fluency in English (required)* Background in the nutrition, food, or pharmaceutical industries (preferred)* Ability to understand Mandarin (preferred, not required)Benefits* Company pension scheme* Free on-site parking* Participation in company events and team activitiesWork Schedule* Full-time: Monday to Friday* 8-hour shift per dayLocation* Office-based in Aldermaston, Reading, UKJob Type: Full-timePay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:* Performance bonusBenefits:* Company events* Company pension* Free parking* On-site parkingSchedule:* Monday to FridayExperience:* Logistics: 1 year (required)* Supply chain: 1 year (required)* Xero: 1 year (required)Language:* English (required)Work Location: In personExpected start date: 31/07/2025
