Senior Quantity Suryevor Location: Stirling (Hybrid working available) Industry: Infrastructure / Utilities / Engineering Contract Type: Permanent Seniority Level: Experienced Professional About the Role This commercial role sits within a leading multidisciplinary design and build contractor , supporting key clients across the water, power, energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear, and food & beverage sectors . The organisation is deeply rooted in engineering excellence and infrastructure delivery, with over a century of collective experience across its divisions. You will play a key role in managing cashflow , valuing works , and supporting weekly/monthly cost value reconciliations (CVRs) . You'll liaise closely with suppliers and subcontractors, track and improve performance, and ensure compliance with KPIs and contract terms. You'll also be actively involved in client negotiations , performance monitoring, and commercial governance contributing directly to smart changes that enhance efficiency, compliance, and long-term value.
