Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Streamer Nurse to support our Clients Urgent Treatment Centre.The suitable clinician will have:Substantial experience supporting UTCs/UCCs/A&Es, specifically within streaming Current DBS: Preferably on the Online Update Service Valid and Clear NMC Pin A positive and can-do attitudeLocation: Dudley, DY1Shifts: 6hr - 12hr | Mostly Night shifts (7pm-7am)Pay:£28 LTD | Monday - Friday£30 LTD | Sat & Sun£32 LTD | NightsPAYE Options availableDuties:Greet and assess patients as they arrive at the emergency department or urgent care centreUse clinical judgment to determine whether a patient should be managed by primary care (e.g. a GP) or requires emergency department treatmentDirect patients to the correct service to support patient flow and reduce pressure on emergency departmentsTake and interpret basic observations when needed (e.g. temperature, pulse, blood pressure, oxygen saturation)Identify and escalate any red flags or urgent care needs immediatelyCommunicate clearly with GPs, triage nurses, emergency clinicians, and other healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate clinical records and documentation of assessments and decisionsReassure patients and explain the purpose of the streaming processStay up to date on local pathways, referral criteria, and clinical guidelinesSupport audits and continuous improvement of streaming processesEssential skills and experience:NMC registration as a Registered NurseClinical experience in urgent care, primary care, or emergency settingsStrong assessment and decision-making skillsAbility to work effectively under pressureConfident communication and interpersonal skillsTo Enquire: Email Eleanor on (url removed) or call on (phone number removed) Seniority levelSeniority level Mid-Senior level Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionJob function Health Care Provider Industries Technology, Information and Internet Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at TieTalent by 2x Get notified about new Nurse jobs inBirmingham, England, United Kingdom .
