The Role: - Leading with Purpose - Guide and support teams across housing services, retail shops, and foodbank. - Create a positive, inclusive environment where staff and volunteers feel valued and empowered. - Provide thoughtful leadership and coaching to key managers. - Champion our Christian ethos, fostering a culture of care, respect, and collaboration. - Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and equality across all areas of the organisation. - Work closely with the Chief Executive and Finance Team to manage budgets and resources wisely. - Oversee financial performance, rent collection, maintenance, and service standards. - Ensure we meet all legal and safety requirements, while pushing forward our sustainability goals. - Help shape our strategic direction through business planning, risk management, and performance monitoring. - Collaborate with trustees, committees, and external stakeholders to share our vision and impact. - Stay curious and committed to your own development-spiritually, professionally, and personally. - Take part in training, events, and learning opportunities to stay ahead of sector trends and challenges. To be successful within this role; We are looking for a natural leader with a heart for service and a head for strategy. You will bring at least 3 years' experience in operations or senior management, ideally within the charity or housing sector, and you will be confident in managing budgets, contracts, and teams.
