The sheer volume and range of works across these sites represents a major challenge from a HSEQ perspectiveHere, working with other HSEQ professionals, and reporting into a Senior HSEQ Manager you will play a driving part across the Account, working with internal and client stakeholdersActions will include:Support, coach and mentor the operational teams on HSEQ matters and provide competent HSEQ adviceFacilitate the successful deployment of HSEQ mobilisation planUnderstand and identify where the significant risk areas are within the mobilisation planLive and breath Global and UK&I campaigns and initiatives including Safe Choice, Global HSE programmes and WellbeingInteract with other third parties such as Local Authorities, HSE and Environment AgencyWork closely and flexibly with other HSEQ team members to facilitate successUnderstand which tasks are the responsibility of other stakeholders within employer and remain laser focussed on executing the tasks which is within the roleUnderstand how to use business reporting tools such as Insight to identify areas of risk and provide advice and guidance on how to address issuesWe need from you:Clear, strong HSEQ experience within the Built Environment, ideally covering higher risk activities such as Engineering, and Nebosh General minimum
