The Process Lead manages the Daily Management System (DMS) processes, utilising structured problem-solving techniques to support employee skills and capability. The role involves recommending actions to prevent or reduce losses, working closely with the Line Lead and Maintenance Lead. What’s in it for you? KP4ME platform offering benefits, discounts, prizes, and wellbeing resources. What will you be doing? Develop and own the Centre Line Management System and Changeover DMS for production lines. Identify equipment and process gaps through health checks and data analysis. Collaborate with Equipment Owners, Line Leads, and site teams to share knowledge and build operational capability. Eliminate machine losses, optimise changeover procedures, and improve line performance. Analyze machine data, implement countermeasures, and evolve data systems. Who are we?
