The Analyst will gather and analyse data, develop insights, and assist in the planning and execution of high impact, IT related projects across various business units. This role requires a high level of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of key IT strategic projects.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Reporting:Gather and analyse datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Utilise reports and dashboards to inform decision-making.Project Support:Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects. Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.Stakeholder Communication:Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to collect relevant information and support the alignment of project objectives. Prepare presentations and status updates for senior management.Process Improvement:Support in the identification of opportunities for process improvement across various business units, proposing solutions to optimise efficiency.Strategic Planning:Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to the Senior Strategic Program Manager.Financial Modelling & Forecasting: Support financial analysis related to strategic initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.Risk Management: Help identify potential risks within strategic initiatives and aid the proposal of mitigation strategies.Additional Information:Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems and analyse data to generate actionable solutions.Attention to Detail: Precision in managing data, reports, and project updates.Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and foster productive relationships.Time Management: Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality work on tight deadlines.Strategic Mindset: Forward-thinking approach to help the team identify long-term opportunities and risks.Qualifications and Skills:Attained or working toward the BCS Business Analysis Foundation qualification.2+ years of experience in a similar analytical role, preferably within a project management or strategic planning environment.Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data sets and provide actionable insights.Experience with project management tools and methodologies.Some understanding in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI) for analytical reporting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Winvic Core ValuesRespect - For all of our colleagues, regardless of their position in the organisation.
