We are currently recruiting a Class 1 Shunter Driver to support a busy agricultural seed company during their peak season in Elsham.. This is a temporary role for 13 weeks , with full-time hours. Pay: 17.93 P/h Inc Hol Pay 16.00 per hour without Role Details: Duration: 13 weeks (seasonal cover) Days: Monday to Saturday (5 or 6 days per week) Hours: Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM Saturday: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM Overtime paid after 50hours at time and half Key Responsibilities: Shunting trailers around the yard and site Moving units between loading and storage areas Hooking/unhooking trailers Ensuring safety and care in all movements on-site Working closely with warehouse and yard teams Requirements: Valid Class 1 licence essential Experience with shunting or yard work preferred Good communication and teamwork skills Able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Reliable and safety-conscious Why Apply Steady work for the next 13 weeks Day shifts with optional overtime Work with a well-established and respected agricultural company Supportive team environment Potential permanent role at the end Potential job share opportunity Apply today with your CV to secure your place for this seasonal opportunity!
