EDUCATIONAL REFURB EXPERIENCE PREFERRED We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager Location: Blackburn Sectors: School Project Types: Refurb Values: TBC FREELANCE: 270 - 290 a day Duration: 2 weeks + What you will do as a Freelance Site Manager Set up site and H&S ready for project start Oversee M&E isolations and ripout Report directly to the Contract Manager Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health 'safety standards Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives Support commissioning and final handovers Duties of a Freelance Site Manager include but are not limited to: Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal) Ensure project runs smoothly on day to day basis Ensure H&S is adhered to & updated accordingly Record on-site progress and lookaheads Report into Senior Management Work closely with the contracts manager Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager Experience as a Site Manager (Educational Preferred) CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position UK driving license and access to own vehicle What's on offer Day rate Weekly pay on a Friday How to apply Please apply directly to this job ad or for more information please call Sam at Fawkes & Reece on 01204 554 884.
