To support our client's ambitions to grow their Motor Defence practice, they are looking for experienced Defence Lawyers to join their in-house team. Their ideal candidates will have previous Motor Crime experience, representing clients who are subject to Police investigations and CPS prosecution in relation to a wide range of road traffic offences including speeding, careless driving, causing injury by careless driving, drunk driving, and driving without insurance. Our client's ideal candidate will: Have at least 2+ years PQE. Have experience of the Criminal Justice System (England & Wales). Have sound knowledge of motoring offences and the available defences. Be smart and ambitious, capable of managing a busy case workload. Be willing to travel anywhere in England and Wales if needed to support clients (full driving licence is essential). Enjoy the challenge of managing complex legal issues. Be a confident communicator (advocacy experience is preferred but not essential). Be focussed on delivering a highly professional service to clients.
