Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) ManagerLocation – Hybrid with locations across major UK cities.Salary - £65k - £80kAre you naturally curious about the cyber threat landscape and motivated to stay one step ahead of threat actors? A leading global consultancy is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Manager to lead a growing CTI team, delivering impactful services to clients across multiple industries.This is a senior hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong pedigree in CTI who thrives on discovery, analysis, and developing intelligence-driven defences. You’ll be at the forefront of threat actor tracking, incident response, and intelligence reporting, helping organisations navigate today’s complex cyber risk environment.In this role, you will:Lead and grow a high-performing CTI team, building capabilities in line with leading frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and the Diamond Model.Oversee the full intelligence lifecycle — from requirement generation to collection, analysis, and reporting.Deliver high-quality threat intelligence services to clients, including CTI maturity assessments, threat hunts, and executive briefings.Represent the consultancy as a thought leader across industry forums and threat-sharing communities.Support incident response, DFIR, and red/purple team exercises with intelligence-driven insights.Own the ethical and regulatory compliance of CTI opsWhat we’re looking for:At least 3–5 years dedicated to CTI – some of which will have been in client facing roles.Demonstrated leadership experience building and managing CTI teams in high-risk environments such as financial services, defence, or critical national infrastructure.Strong knowledge of nation-state campaigns, cybercrime ecosystems, and structured analytical techniques.Hands-on experience with STIX/TAXII, TIP/SIEM integration, and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.Current or eligible for SC/DV clearance.CREST CTI Manager or equivalent certification.Desirable skills:Experience in intelligence-led threat modelling, adversary tracking, and malware/infrastructure analysis.Knowledge of geopolitical threat contexts and regional cyber capabilities.Additional language skills (Russian, Mandarin, Arabic, Farsi, Iranian) are a strong plus.Why apply?This is a unique opportunity to lead, innovate, and influence within a consultancy that invests heavily in cyber security.
