The role offers an excellent work life balance, with standard hours of 7am to 3pm (dependent on site visits), as well as a car allowance and a competitive salary package.Role:Deliver industrial and warehouse projects from inception through to completionTake responsibility for project planning, scheduling, budgets, and risk managementOversee financial elements of projects including cost control, forecasting, valuations, and contract administrationLiaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient deliveryReport to senior management while maintaining autonomy in day-to-day deliveryEnsure projects align with the company's sustainability commitments and Net Zero goalsUphold the highest standards of health and safety across all projectsPerson:Have even if little industrial or warehouse project management experienceHave commercial and financial experience, including cost management, forecasting, and contract administrationBe flexible with travel to local sites within the East Midlands areaHold relevant qualifications in project management or construction (desirable)Contact Hannah.wade@
