You will be responsible for developing and testing new innovative beverage concepts, optimising formulations, and ensuring products meet nutritional, sensory, and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, design, and develop formulations with a focus on nutrition and functionalityProduce samples and conduct stability testingOptimise product formulations for taste, texture, nutritional profile, and shelf-lifeEnsure compliance with food safetyQualificationsExpertise in Food Science, beverage formulation and nutritionExperience in Research and Development, particularly in beveragesProficiency in laboratory skills and product testingKnowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, including functional and nutritional productsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilities
